Oct 17, 2013 · Looking to buy headers for my 70 Mach 1 351c with 4v heads. The car is an auto but Im doing a Top loader 4 speed swap soon. I saw Hooker 6915HKR headers for $195 Shipped from summit, but everything I see says they fit 71-73 mustangs. Will they work on my 70 with a 4 speed? Any better headers out ... I have a 2013 mustang v6, 6 speed manual. I bought the v6 to have a cheaper insurance, and i cant afford the insurance to trade it in, and pay the new higher insurance for the bigger engine, so what will i need to do in order to swap the v6 to a 5.0 v8 with the insurance people thinking its still a v6??
